Superfood Breakfast Bowl

I thought I’d share with you this super healthy superfood smoothie  bowl I made for breakfast this week! If you haven’t yet tried smoothie bowls you should, they are so easy and quick to do and you can make as it as  healthy, or not as you like!  A smoothie bowl is basically fruit and vegetables blended together to make a thick smoothie, which you can then top with anything you fancy. If you have a look at smoothie bowls on Instagram you’ll see amazing creations, its becoming an art form I think!

For this bowl I blended some kale and mango with coconut milk, and added in some Beauty Elixir powder from http://www.alchemysuperblends.com/, which is a blend of goji, acai, camu camu, vitamin C, baobab and wheatgrass  carefully designed to give your skin, hair and nails a boost! I topped my bowl with cacao nibs, blueberries, cashews, coconut, chia seeds, beetroot powder (which is the most amazing colour!) and some of our delicious cacao dusted tiger nuts, which I confess to being addicted to! An amazing breakfast full of delicious  goodness for anyone trying to eat healthy, or following a whole30 reset, vegan, paleo, clean eating or weight control diet this January.
