This recipe makes a pretty, quite sweet tasting smoothie, and adding Tiger Nuts Milled makes it more filling. I invented it one day when I got a bit bored with green smoothies and wanted something pink but still healthy!  It tastes delicious at any time of day, but I like to have mine for breakfast.

You will need a blender and a juicer for this recipe.

Juice ;

2 red apples

¼ pineapple

6 black grapes

Then blend the juice with;

200 mls sugar free  bio yogurt   

2 or 3 tablespoons  Tiger Nuts Milled

1/3 banana

Then pour into a nice glass, top with a sprinkling of Tiger Nuts milled and enjoy !
