We are feeling very festive! We have worked very hard this year to bring you a great range of gifts, and just because its Christmas we made sure each of our Christmas gifts includes one of our delicious and healthy raw chocolate bars! From our very cute Tiger Nut Treats bag at just £6.99, right up to our bumper Speciality Tiger Nut Gift Box at £38.99 they are all full of delicious tiger nut goodness.

Our last day for posting is Wednesday 21st December  12.00pm – but don’t leave it till then – order NOW to avoid last minute delivery stress!

We also have a brilliant new e-book to shout about – its by the lovely Emma from the Nourished Coeliac blog. The Gluten Free Centre are running a competition this week on Facebook and Twitter, so if you are quick you could win a copy here!

We absolutely LOVE this e-book (how gorgeous is that Christmas  tiger nut cake?!). It is written and published by Emma Carter from the brilliant The Nourished Coeliac blog, and it is packed full of easy to make, seriously delicious recipes that are perfect for anyone who is following a restricted diet.  Even if you aren’t following a restricted diet, these recipes are made with healthy real food ingredients, and free from any processed rubbish. Because the recipes are so good,  we just know your gluten free, grain free, nut free, egg free, dairy free, AIP and low FODMAP, clean eating family and friends will LOVE these dishes, and those who aren’t will be fighting to get some of this deliciousness!  There are also some vegan and vegetarian options.

We just know  you are going to love the recipes as much as we do and so we have included a 10% discount code  for our Tiger Nut Powder inside the e-book.

At the Tiger Nut Company we  aren’t making any money from sales of this e-book, but we are donating £1 for each book sold to our chosen charity Trekstock.  You can read more about the amazing the work they do here , or alternatively you can send a donation to them by ticking the giving box on our check out page when you buy any of our tiger nuts

You cannot buy the book directly from us, but you can buy and download here at Blurb , and if you have any questions you can email Emma directly on [email protected].

I have been too busy to create any new festive recipes yet, but I will be getting creative in my kitchen soon! In the meantime I thought I would share a pic of last year’s raw tiger nut Christmas pudding to inspire you to create something festive! It is the first one I have ever made, and it was so delicious I couldn’t believe I had actually made it myself!

It was actually pretty easy to make, simply soak the ingredients in a mix of alcohol, shape and dehydrate, which you can even do in a normal oven.  It was brilliant because not only did it taste delicious, there was no heavy gut discomfort afterwards. Its full of  lots of healthy ingredients alongside the alcohol (it is Christmas after all!) and I will post the recipe for it here really soon.

If you have any festive tiger nut recipes you would like to share let me know, and if you share a festive recipe for tiger nut milk with us here at [email protected]  , on Instagram or Twitter you just might bag yourself a little festive tiger nut gift!
