Cacao & Lime Pancakes
50g Tiger Nut Flour
1 1/2 tsp WunderWorkshop turmeric powder
juice of 1 lime
2 eggs
a smidge of unsweetened almond or tiger nut mylk
1 1/2 tsp Aduna cacao powder
1/2 tsp Macacha vanilla powder
pinch black pepper
simply mix together all ingredients, spoon into a non-stick pan,
cook gently, flip once and serve topped with Coyo coconut yoghurt
some Nutblend coconut & macadamia butter and fresh strawberries.
