We also love that it paleo, gluten free and no added sugar. Such a simple recipe for a perfect biscuit to enjoy with a cuppa.

Ingredients120g Tiger Nut Flour

2 tbsp coconut oil

3 tbsp pecan nut butter (or any nut butter)

1 ripe banana

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

preheat oven to 175

melt coconut oil and nut butter on a low heat

process other ingredients in processor or blender

add melted oil and butter and process again

divide into 9 balls and place on a lined baking sheet

flatten slightly using fingers

place half a pecan on top to decorate

bake for 15-18 minutes until browned
