Chufa de Valencia Organic Flour

We are very excited to be able to offer you a very, very special organic milled flour! Chufa de Valencia is an artisan product regulated by the Chufa de Valencia Regulatory Council since 1995. They ensure that strict quality guidelines are maintained when growing, harvesting, drying and milling these delicious tiger nuts. Organic and fair trade, each bag carries the official stamp of approval to guarantee its authenticity! This is a real artisan product which we are delighted to have found, and which is exclusive to us at The Tiger Nut Company here in the UK.

Chufa de Valencia flour is a coarsely ground,  naturally gluten free tiger nut flour which is similar to almond flour but which we think is much tastier! You could grind the tiger nuts  yourself but with this flour the hard work has already been done for you!

Be creative! Mix with nuts, oats, seeds and fruit for a tasty muesli, or to make super healthy energy balls and snack bars.You can add the flour to smoothies, cereal, and yogurt for an extra boost of goodness. Chufa de Valencia flour is ideal for baking and cooking.
